How Conflict Health
affects performance

The revolutionary Glenn Index of Conflict Health® ("GICH") program is a conflict process delivering increased levels of employee and organisational performance. Research shows that employees who are unable to resolve intrapersonal conflict suffer productivity losses of up to 30%, increased stress levels, and poorer financial outcomes. Allowing unresolved conflict to continue adds substantial costs to any business.

Measure, track and resolve residual conflict

Resolving interpersonal conflict requires more than conflict management and mediation training. The extraordinary GICH program is an independent, continuous program to monitor, resolve and effect a more positive culture over time. It comprises 3 conflict resolution steps:

          * Measure the extent of your organisation's unresolved conflict. Our confidential, online questionnaire measures
the average employee's capability to resolve intrapersonal conflict in their daily role compared to their industry colleagues. (Managers and Executives are also included in our sampling.) Following collation, analysis and interpretation of each survey's data, we then derive each organisation's unique rating.

          * Track your organisation's results against industry competitors on a weekly basis to see how your rating changes over time. And it's fast - you can view last week's survey results this week.

          * Resolve residual conflict. We identify the causes of conflict and resolve conflict hot spots using our own conflict resolution model or show you how to remove obstacles blocking better outcomes. The key point is that resolving lingering employee conflict delivers increased organisational performance.

You'll find GICH is a powerful program for resolving and negotiating conflict, quickly becoming an important diagnostic tool and driver of business activity.
